Ms Sharwari Deshpande, Head of Quality Operations, Milan Laboratories (India) Pvt Ltd, is a well-renowned expert in the domains of Quality Control and Quality Assurance in the Indian Pharmaceutical industry. With her wide experience, keen sense for innovations and an eye for futuristic technologies, Ms Deshpande has been at the helm of Quality Operations at multiple Pharma formulations, manufacturing and exporting sites of Milan Laboratories.
Her efforts has led Milan Laboratories to secure several accreditations and accolades, including approvals from USFDA, UKMHRA, SAHPRA, WHO PQ. Ms Deshpande holds a BSc in Chemistry and a Post Graduate Diploma in Industrial Analytical Chemistry. She also holds a Degree in Indian Classical Music and is an avid Mountaineer and a Marathoner
He has 33 years of experience in Quality Assurance and Quality Control functions of API and API intermediate industry. He is responsible for Effective Implementation of Quality System throughout the facility as well as handling Quality audits not only for Regulatory Compliance but also customer audits. He possesses thorough knowledge of cGMP, cGLP, Quality compliance & regulations. In his position, he also successfully faced regulatory audits of Indian USFDA, EDQM, KFDA, WHO GMP and various country specific drugs control authority/regulatory agency audits.
