Dr. Cédric Rentier received his Ph.D. (Peptide Chemistry & Chemical Biology) in July 2015 from CY Paris-Cergy University and University of Florence.
In October 2015, he started working on myostatin inhibitory peptides at the Tokyo University of Pharmacy and Life Sciences as a post-doctoral fellow. In 2016, he was awarded the Formal Chancellerie Prize “Louis Forest” from Paris Universities Chancellery for his doctoral work.
Dr. Rentier is the author/co-author of 13 peer-reviewed publications in international journals, including book chapters and full reviews. He is now serving as Regional Marketing Leader and Application Specialist, in charge of technical & scientific support of organic chemistry related products for the APAC region.
Before joining Biotage, Toshiya Nakagawa has about 10 years of experience in natural product purification from lab scale to process scale at Astellas Pharma Inc. He also has many years of experience with the use of Flash purification systems, including those of other companies besides Biotage's.
