The Restriction of Hazardous Substances (RoHS) Directive is considered one of the most complex regulations. Since its recent amendment to include 4 phthalate esters and expanded the scope of applicable products, the need for continual compliance has been an uphill task.

With the evolving landscape in the RoHS Directive, our expert team will provide rapid screening strategy to determine whether the sample has passed or failed the test. Using Shimadzu’s analytical solutions, including EDXRF and Py-GCMS, the screening workflow can be simplified and performed with confidence regardless of the user’s skills level

Learning Objectives:

  • EDXRF and Py-GCMS are ideal solutions for screening of all ten restricted substances
  • EDX-7200 fully supports various directives with exclusive screening analysis kits
  • Py-Screener ver.2 has even faster capabilities and is easy to operate regardless of the user's skills level
